Customer Service Officer$60k – $65k + Super + Bonus

Due to continued growth, we’re on the lookout for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Customer Service Officer to join the team in their Alexandria office. This is a permanent, full-time, office-based role with great perks including regular social events and fortnightly team BBQs!

What You’ll Be Doing

As the first point of contact for customers, you’ll deliver a high level of service and support by handling a wide variety of enquiries. Key responsibilities include:

• Responding to customer queries via phone, email, and mail
• Providing product advice and guiding customers on suitable options
• Processing orders and coordinating with the warehouse
• Assisting walk-in customers in the Alexandria showroom
• Liaising with dealers on returns, credits, and product information
• Generating daily invoices and managing sales order administration
• Following up on open orders and maintaining accurate records

What You Bring

• 1–2 years of experience in customer service, administration, or a call centre environment
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• A proactive, problem-solving attitude and excellent attention to detail
• Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team
• Comfort navigating systems and managing multiple tasks effectively
