We’re currently seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to take ownership of end-to-end supply chain coordination for key customer accounts. This customer service-focused role also covers presales support, order processing, backorder management and after-sales service. You’ll act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring smooth operations, timely communication and exceptional service delivery - and, of course, the best customer experience.

About the role:
• Deliver exceptional customer service via website, phone, and email inquiries
• Engage with prospective customers to understand their technology needs
• Prepare, send, and follow up on quotes for prospective customers
• Accurately process customer requests and maintain detailed records of interactions
• Identify and escalate complex issues to the relevant departments for resolution
• Coordinate with suppliers to confirm product pricing and availability, ensuring orders are accurately processed and shipped promptly

About You:
• Proven experience in a commercial role with a vendor, distributor, or reseller
• Essential prior customer service experience
• A genuine interest in IT and technology
• Tertiary education in ICT (preferred but not essential)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong multitasking and time management abilities
• A positive, proactive, and team-oriented attitude
