Responsibilities:

• Lead a diverse team, managing performance, workforce planning, and other HR practices
• Ensure your home complies with the Aged Care standards
• Work closely with your leadership team and frontline staff to ensure a positive, friendly, helpful, and engaged culture exists
• Responsible for oversight of all aspects of clinical care provision, direction, and performance
• Ensure the efficient operational and financial management of the home

Requirements:

• A hands-on approach to your role with a focus on communication and leadership
• AHPRA Registered Nurse
• Experience in Aged Care management
• Demonstrated capability and experience in leading a multi-disciplinary team
• Move to and live in a regional location full-time permanently
