About the Role:

Lead and manage the daily operations of the facility

Ensure compliance with Aged Care Quality Standards and regulations

Oversee the performance and operations of the home, ensuring smooth delivery of care and services

Foster a positive work culture that supports the well-being of staff and residents

Manage and mentor a dedicated team of care staff, fostering teamwork and collaboration

Requirements:

At least 2 years’ experience in Management role (Aged Care)

AHPRA Registered Nurse with valid registration

Solid understanding of Aged Care Quality Standards and compliance requirements

Proven ability to manage and oversee the operations and performance of a care facility

Strong leadership skills with a passion for delivering high-quality care and creating a supportive work environment
