Your Impact:
As a full time Scheduler, you will play a key role:
Having strong communication skills, empathy, and a commitment to inclusive practices.
- Coordinating appointments, interviews, and support services for clients with disabilities, ensuring timely and accessible service delivery.
What you'll do:
- Coordinate and schedule appointments for clients with employment consultants, support staff, and external service providers.
- Manage and maintain accurate scheduling records using internal systems and databases.
- Communicate appointment details clearly and respectfully to clients, considering individual accessibility needs.
- Monitor and adjust schedules to accommodate cancellations, rescheduling, or urgent client needs.
- Ensure compliance with privacy, confidentiality, and disability service standards.
- Provide on call after-hours support as needed, ensuring continuity of service for clients.
What you'll bring:
- Previous experience in scheduling, administration, or customer service.
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Empathy, patience, and a client-centred approach.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and scheduling software.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Understanding of disability inclusion and accessibility principles.
