Your Impact:

As a full time Scheduler, you will play a key role:

Having strong communication skills, empathy, and a commitment to inclusive practices.

  • Coordinating appointments, interviews, and support services for clients with disabilities, ensuring timely and accessible service delivery.

What you'll do:

  • Coordinate and schedule appointments for clients with employment consultants, support staff, and external service providers.
  • Manage and maintain accurate scheduling records using internal systems and databases.
  • Communicate appointment details clearly and respectfully to clients, considering individual accessibility needs.
  • Monitor and adjust schedules to accommodate cancellations, rescheduling, or urgent client needs.
  • Ensure compliance with privacy, confidentiality, and disability service standards.
  • Provide on call after-hours support as needed, ensuring continuity of service for clients.​​​​​​​

What you'll bring:

  • Previous experience in scheduling, administration, or customer service.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Empathy, patience, and a client-centred approach.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and scheduling software.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Understanding of disability inclusion and accessibility principles.
