Sowena is a disability support company focused on helping people live full and connected lives. We provide assistance and transport for NDIS participants to attend medical, educational, work, and social commitments. Our team is passionate about supporting choice, independence, and inclusion for people with disability.

The company is over 7 years old and has continuous steady growth, based solely on providing an excellent service, day in and day out. We currently do over 380 trips a week and provide services to over 600 clients in Victoria. This volume requires precise, empathetic scheduling — your work will directly affect the lives of hundreds of people every week.

We are looking for a part-time Scheduler to join our growing team and help us coordinate transport services across our network of clients and drivers. This is a work from home role, ideal for someone who is highly organised, responsive, and thrives in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities

· Coordinate and maintain daily schedules for clients and drivers

· Use scheduling software, spreadsheets, and communication tools to manage operations

· Communicate effectively with contractors and clients to confirm and adjust appointments

· Respond to last-minute changes and updates in real time

· Represent the service in an empathetic and professional manner

Who We're Looking For

· Someone with lived experience of disability

· Highly organised with strong time management skills

· Experience in a previous role, requiring strong attention to detail

· Calm under pressure and solution-focused

· Tech-comfortable (basic familiarity with spreadsheets and online tools)

· A clear communicator with a customer-first mindset
