This well-established, national business is continuing to expand its Sydney operations and is now seeking an experienced Claims Specialist / Case Manager to be part of their growing team.

The Opportunity:

• End-to-end claims management and acting as the primary point of contact
• Collaborate with injured workers and health professionals
• Identify issues and trends in the portfolio and take appropriate action
• Ensure claims guidelines and legislation are adhered to
• Provide expert advice to all key stakeholders and manage recoveries

The Ideal Candidate:

• A minimum of 1.5 - 2 years case management experience within the injury / health / workers compensation space;
• Initiative and ability to work independently and cohesively within a team environment;
• Excellent communication skills and ability to influence; and
• Someone who is passionate about their work and making a positive impact.
