About the role:

• Full time permanent position, starting on Monday 28 July.
• Monday – Friday working rotating shifts between 8AM – 6PM.
• Please note as part of your application, you will be required to complete competency based testing and attend a group assessment centre on June 25 or 26.
• Review and proactively manage allocated home claims within your portfolio, in line with regulatory requirements.
• Answer inbound calls promptly, professionally and with empathy.
• Interpret policy coverage, determining if coverage applies to submitted claims.
• Manage end to end claims fulfilment by coordinating completion of repairs or settlements to customers.
• Ensure claims are processed in accordance with policy guidelines, company procedures, approved suppliers and industry laws.
• Supporting customers with a range of enquiries with a high standard of customer service, championing the customer experience and claims journey.

About you:

• Demonstrated experience with a minimum of 6 months in insurance claims is required to be considered for this role.
• Experience in home claims is highly desirable.
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to connect with customers in their time of need.
• Strong telephony skills, including active listening to assess needs quickly.
• Excellent time management skills in order to prioritise and manage multiple claims simultaneously.
• Strong computer literacy, with the ability to pick up new systems with ease.
• Strong ability to work autonomously, staying focused and on track whilst working from home.
• High levels of empathy, resilience and the ability to support customers.
