What We’re Looking For

· Previous medical reception experience, ideally in a specialist or private practice setting.

· A friendly and articulate communicator with a polished phone manner and natural empathy.

· Experience with Shexie or similar medical software and solid admin skills (billing, invoicing, Outlook, Word).

· A cool head under pressure—someone who can multi-task, prioritise and stay calm when things get busy.

· Above all, a dedicated team player who respects confidentiality, brings energy to the team, and takes pride in their work.

Salary & The Fine Print

· Full-time role, clinic-based in Darlinghurst

· Standard hours: 8:00am – 4:00pm, Monday to Friday

· Salary: $70K–$80K + Super, with flexibility up to $85K + Super for candidates with exceptional specialist clinic experience
