Customer Service Representative – Contact Centre (Casual & Fixed Term Opportunities)

What You’ll Be Doing
Responding to customer enquiries across multiple channels with professionalism and empathy
Troubleshooting issues and providing tailored solutions that exceed expectations
Managing multiple systems and tasks efficiently while keeping the customer at the centre of everything you do
Working as part of a supportive team to achieve service excellence
What We’re Looking For
Exceptional communication skills – both written and verbal
High attention to detail and strong time management abilities
Ability to remain calm and solution-focused under pressure
A true passion for delivering outstanding customer service
Previous customer service or contact centre experience is a plus
Contract Options
Fixed Term Contract: Minimum 35 hours/week | $27.17 per hour
Casual Contract: Flexible hours | $33.96 per hour
Key Details
Start Date: 16 June 2025
Roster: Rotating shifts between
Monday–Friday: 9:00am – 6:00pm
Saturday: 9:00am – 5:00pm
Training:
5 days classroom-based (in-office)
2 weeks on-the-job (in-office) consolidation
Hybrid Work Model: Work from home available after achieving speed-to-competency
