The opportunity
Role: Administration Assistant
Location: Gold Coast
Industry: Construction
Hours: 8:30am – 4:30pm (Flexibility offered)
Salary: $70,000 - $80,000+ Super (Depending on experience)
Employment Type: Full-Time, Permanent
As an Office Administrator you will play a crucial role in maintaining efficient office operations by overseeing a range of administrative tasks and coordinating essential processes. Responsibilities
Acting as the first point of contact for any visitors into the reception area
Day to day admin duties to support the directors and wider team
Answering incoming calls and passing on concise messages
Coordinate travel and accommodation for the director and leadership team
Arrange meetings, prepare agendas, and take minutes where required
Administer subcontractor paperwork, including insurance and account details, ensuring records are up-to-date
Handle purchase order and chasing up invoices
Assisting with preparation of documents and presentations
Manage office supplies and inventory
Support with scheduling subcontractors out to client sites
Essential skills & Experience
Previous experience within administration, reception, or office support ideally
A bright, self-motivated, and eager to learn attitude
Strong communication skills both verbal and written
Work well as part of a small collaborative team
Professional and personable attitude
Eager to grow professionally within the company and support the overall company growth at the same time
