About the Company
A leading food manufacturer which produces premium quality food products for a niche market segment.
The company is growing fast and is building a new factory in Sydney’s West.
Focus on producing high quality products to give customers a unique experience.
The Role
In this role you will be providing support to an office by handling a variety of clerical and organisational tasks. It will involve managing schedules, coordinating communications, and maintaining records to ensure the smooth operation of daily activities. As this is a manufacturing company you would also be involved in testing finished products and raw materials coming in and completing food safety paperwork. Training will be provided for all areas related to manufacturing and production.
This role requires presence on site.
Responsibilities:
Enter purchase orders
Invoice customers and email
Co-ordinate month end and regular stock takes
Answer phones and respond to emails
Maintain orderly filing system
Complete HACCP paperwork
Product Testing for PH, Calibration, Acidity etc.
Other administrative tasks as required
Skills and Qualifications:
Minimum 1 year of work experience as an Admin Clerk
Food science qualifications/background are preferrable
Hands-on experience with MS Excel and MYOB or similar systems
Positive attitude and strong English speaking skills
Ability to quickly learn
Excellent multi-tasker and problem solver
