We are a dynamic and growing financial planning firm based in Newcastle. Our team is dedicated to providing sound financial advice and services to our clients. Due to increased workload, we are looking to hire an additional Administration Manager to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
Implement financial advice and strategies for clients.
Collaborate with financial advisors to ensure seamless execution of plans.
Utilise Xplan software for managing client information and financial plans.
Manage client onboarding.
Maintain high standards of client service and satisfaction.
Key Attributes:
Minimum of 3 years experience in a similar role within a financial planning firm.
Proven experience in implementing financial advice.
Proficiency in Xplan software.
Strong organisational and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Experience in using Office 365.
Position Details:
Part-time: 20 hours per week.
Hours of work 10am – 2pm Monday to Friday.
Ability to work from home once confident, similar to other team members.
Competitive salary: $75,000 FTE equivalent, prorated for part-time hours.
