About the Role

An exceptional opportunity currently exists for a suitably experienced individual to join QPAC in the full-time role of Philanthropy Coordinator.

This is an essential role providing day-to-day support and assistance to the Executive Director – Philanthropy and Partnerships and members of the Philanthropy team, in seeking and securing philanthropic funding for QPAC’s key campaigns and signature programs; including providing prospect research, donor communications, gift recording and reporting, and event coordination.

In this role you will:

Build and maintain strong relationships with QPAC departments.

Support and help to build and maintain strong relationships with QPAC external stakeholders, donors, potential donors, Trusts and Foundations and business networks.

Provide assistance in prospect research to build the fundraising pipeline.

Provide administration support in the production of fundraising proposals to donors and submissions to Trusts and Foundations and coordinate timelines as required by the Head of Philanthropy.

Assist in the seamless management of a VIP ticketing service for donors and prospective donors as required.

Assist with the production of materials to support campaign activity and program support where required.

Coordinate donor events at QPAC and offsite.

Attend and host donors and prospects where necessary.

Coordinate all donor and prospect invite lists and maintain current accurate data in the CRM.

Maintain all gift documentation, record the gift in CRM, ensure correct finance coding and provide accurate reporting as required.

Assist in developing and maintaining processes that support efficiency and effectiveness in the philanthropy team.

Additional duties as required.

About You

To be successful in this role, we are looking for:

Demonstrated experience in office administration/support.

Demonstrated experience in fundraising/marketing or event management.

Demonstrated experience in relationship management (both internal and external) and commitment to the provision of high-level customer service.
