A well-established Private Credit fund manager is looking for a new Director (Senior BDM) in their private client Distribution team. The team has been growing as the interest in their products continues to surge and there is significant buy-in and investment from the Board and Executive to see the company continue to expand.

The Distribution team raise capital for both open and closed ended funds, primarily focused on credit opportunities and a few equity opportunities from time to time.

The ideal candidate must have an existing Wholesale client network that they can work with and then leverage the company brand and product offering to deliver outstanding client outcomes. The incoming Director should be a natural hunter and networker who enjoys being active with clients and delivering a high level of service.

The right candidate:

• Strong investment knowledge, preferably with experience in real estate deals (credit or equity)
• Strong sales and business development skills with 5+ years experience working with wholesale investors
• Existing network and/or centres of influence with wholesale investors - this can be through a network of FO, HNWI, Advisers, Accountants, Lawyers etc.
• Understanding of KYC/AML requirements for wholesale investors
• Finance/Business Degree, post-grad preferred
• Great attitude and a collegiate team player
• Could come from a Private Banking, Financial Advice or Investment sales role.
