🔧 Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities

Operate and set up CNC machining centres, lathe machines, and milling machines, including both standard and multi-axis configurations.

Run and edit CAM programs using Fusion 360 / Inventor CAM.

Machine rail components and steel blocks to precise tolerances in line with engineering drawings.

Perform in-process inspections and dimensional checks using calipers, micrometers, and other precision tools.

Collaborate with the Engineering team to ensure accurate translation from 3D models to machined components.

Follow safety standards and maintain a clean, well-organised work area.

✔️ What You Bring

Proven experience with CNC machining, lathe operations, and milling (multi-axis experience is an advantage).

Proficiency with Fusion 360 / Inventor CAM for programming and toolpath optimisation.

Strong ability to read and interpret technical and engineering drawings.

A keen eye for detail and commitment to high-quality workmanship.

Experience with rail components or large fabricated steel parts – highly regarded.

Forklift licence and/or experience with overhead cranes – desirable.

Full-time availability, reliability, and a strong work ethic.
