Are you a skilled Manual Machinist ready for your next challenge? Or an apprentice nearing the finish line and eager to learn from the best? Intertek is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented professional to join our dynamic workshop team.

Mechanical Testing Services is part of the Industry Services Global Business Line, and it includes NDT, Materials Testing, Specialist Services, Welding Services and NDT Training and Consulting.

3rd and 4th year apprentices encouraged to apply!

Essential Requirements:

Strong commitment to Occupational Health, Safety & Environmental (OHS&E) policies and procedures

Relevant trade qualification

Proficient in the operation of centre lathes, milling machines, and surface grinders

Ability to accurately interpret technical drawings and standards, and machine components accordingly

Current valid Driver’s Licence

Current National Police Clearance or whiling to obtain

Desirable Skills and Experience:

Forklift licence

Experience with CNC machinery is advantageous; however, training will be provided for suitable candidates

Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team environment
