POSITION

ReNew Team Leader (Full-time/Part-time positions available)

As a ReNew Team Leader, you will play a vital role in supervising & working alongside our team members and ensuring the delivery of services at the highest standard. If you have a passion for garden maintenance, relevant industry experience, and a commitment to fostering positive social impact, we want to hear from you.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Work scoping, planning, coordinating, team leading and manual fieldwork delivering gardening and property maintenance services for commercial clients

Ensure work tasks, professional quality and WHS adheres with ReNew's standards, policies, procedures, safe work systems, and Industry Legislative Compliance

Providing on-the-job training, mentoring and guidance to Youth Employees

Monitoring workflow, setting priorities, and maintaining high work standards

Offering expert advice and support to employees and volunteers

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

Minimum of 3 years of experience in gardening or property maintenance

Technical Certification or Specialised Experience desirable (e.g. gardening, arboriculture, horticulture, landscape design, soft scape, trades, traffic management, tree works, reticulation systems, basic mechanics, working at height, chainsaw, or turf management) Note: desirable in at least 1 specialised area, or a preparedness to undertake required training.

Capable Team Leader of diverse and entry level work crews. Note: Team Leader experience working with at-risk youth is desirable
