The Role

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Lawyer, Associate, or Senior Associate to join our national Public Law team in Brisbane.

In this role, you will advise and represent key government clients across a broad range of public law matters, including:

Administrative decision-making

Freedom of Information (FOI) and privacy

Merits review and judicial review proceedings

Litigation in the Administrative Appeals Tribunal and Federal Courts

You'll work closely with industry-leading practitioners and contribute to complex, high-profile matters that shape government decision-making and policy.

About You

We are looking for lawyers with 1-8 years' experience in a reputable government litigation practice or in-house government legal team.

Ideal candidates will have:

Strong experience in administrative and public law matters

Excellent advocacy and litigation skills

The ability to manage client relationships independently

A collaborative approach and interest in mentoring junior lawyers
