The Role

Our client is seeking a motivated and capable lawyer with 2-4 years' post-admission experience to join their Building, Construction & Infrastructure team in Brisbane, working closely with the 2 Partners.

This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a collaborative and high-performing team, advising on complex back-end construction matters and disputes tied to some of Australia's most significant infrastructure projects.

Your day to day duties will encompass:

• providing advice on construction contracts;
• managing litigation, arbitration and adjudication from start to finish;
• working on claims and disputes arising out of major infrastructure projects;
• advising on legislation impacting the construction industry.

About You

The ideal candidate for this Construction Litigation Lawyer role will have:

• 2-4 years PAE in construction law or general litigation.
• Strong drafting skills;
• A commercial acumen and critical thinking capabilities
• Ability to work both autonomously and in a team.
• Excellent file management, organisational and client service skills.
