About the role:
As a Litigation Lawyer with this firm, you will gain exposure to complex and challenging matters for a diverse client base.

This role offers a modern office environment, great resources, interesting and challenging matters with access to senior lawyers.

You can expect to gain experience with a broad range of Litigious matters, including contract disputes, negligence, defamation and much more! You will gain experience taking matters to trial, including interesting and high value matters in the Supreme Court!

Scope of work includes:

General Commercial Litigation

Joint Venture and Shareholder Disputes

Defamation

Contract Disputes

Restructuring, Insolvency, and Debt Recovery

Building and Construction Disputes; and

more!

About you:

Successful candidates will have a minimum of 1 year post-admission experience in commercial litigation.
