This role presents an outstanding opportunity for an enthusiastic individual to build on and enhance their experience in migration law as part of this collaborative team.

Responsibilities:

• Manage a diverse caseload of migration matters, including visa applications, appeals, and judicial reviews.
• Provide expert legal advice and representation to clients on complex immigration issues.
• Conduct thorough legal research and analysis to support case strategies and arguments.
• Draft and review legal documents, including submissions, appeals, and correspondence with government authorities.
• Represent clients in tribunal hearings, court proceedings, and other legal forums.
• Mentor and provide guidance to junior lawyers and support staff.
• Maintain current knowledge of developments in immigration case law, legislation, and policy.

Qualifications:

• Admitted to practice law in Australia with 2 to 5 years of experience in migration law.
• Proven track record of successfully managing migration cases from start to finish.
• Strong knowledge of Australian immigration laws, regulations, and procedures.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Strong leadership and mentoring abilities.
• Proficiency in legal research tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
