Family Lawyer / Associate

The Role:
Ideally suited to Family Law practitioners with at least 2 years PAE, and up to Associate level, this role will see you either working on your own matters, or assisting more experienced lawyers with their matters, depending on your level of experience.

The successful candidate can look forward to gaining experience on complex parenting and property/financial matters and appear for clients in the Federal Circuit and Family Court of Australia as well as the Magistrates Court. This opportunity allows you to work with senior experienced family lawyers and Accredited Family Law Specialists all day long.

About You:

Minimum of 2+ years’ experience in Family Law;

Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills;

Ability to work to and achieve reasonable monthly performance targets;

Desire to progress matters in a timely and cost-efficient manner;

Ability to build strong rapport with clients;

Genuine interest in progressing your career within the firm; and

Excellent communication skills and the ability to build long-lasting relationships.
