What you bring:

` Proven experience across all aspects of catering; canapes, formal dinning, buffet, grazing stations ,complex sandwiches

` Confident in catering/cafe kitchen, high - volume prep, and fast service

` Able to work autonomously & part of a tight team

` Full working rights in Australia

Nice to have ( but not essential )

` Pastry or baking expericnce

` experience with food delivery/catering platforms
