Mamma Mia Italian Kitchen in East Albury, NSW is seeking people for numerous roles to join our team. This is a casual opportunity to work in a busy, fast-paced Italian restaurant environment.

Head Chef:

Bar:

Experienced bar staff with cocktail making experience. High paying position and well above award. Shift is every Friday and Sat night.

Pizza Maker

Previous experience as a Chef or pizza maker in a similar restaurant setting

Strong knowledge of Italian cuisine and cooking techniques

Excellent communication and teamwork skills

Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment

Food safety and hygiene at high level

Kitchen hand:

Kitchen hand - Shift is every Friday and Sat night some Thursday nights

Front of house:

Looking for both highly experienced an juniors to join our team.
