We are currently recruiting for a Housing Team Leader to join a highly respected not-for-profit organisation supporting women and children.

About the Role

As Housing Team Leader, you’ll lead a dedicated team to deliver supported accommodation and wraparound support for individuals and families. You’ll empower your team to provide trauma-informed care and practical case management that helps clients overcome complex barriers to housing stability and wellbeing.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee program delivery and performance targets.
• Lead, coach, and support frontline staff with clarity and consistency.
• Drive high-quality case management for youth and families.
• Create a strong client-centred, culturally safe team culture.
• Support change management, risk response, and continuous improvement.

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor degree in Social Work, Psychology, Human Services or similar – OR Diploma qualified with 5+ years’ sector experience.
• 3+ years in a frontline role supporting vulnerable people.
• Proven leadership capability in human services.
• Strong case management and risk assessment skills.
• Experience supporting high-risk youth, families, or justice-involved clients.
• Current Blue Card, Police Check, and open Driver’s Licence.
