About You:

• AHPRA Registration with proven experience in Home Care / Community setting
• Strong understanding of the Aged Care Quality Standards & Support at Home reforms
• Ability to lead & develop a team fostering a positive and supportive working environment
• Passion for innovation, growth and delivering exceptional client outcomes
• Full Australian Working Rights
