Material Engineer – Wastewater/water

For Earth Pty Ltd specialises in aeration and dosing systems for the wastewater and water industry across Australia and the South Pacific.

We are seeking a highly motivated professional to assist in quality control of our aeration and dosing system materials. You will also be responsible for quality control of installed systems and validating their existing state for repair or maintenance scheduling. Most importantly your role will include the research for more robust durable materials that can be used in harsh wastewater and water environments.

You will be working with a small team based in Port Macquarie, NSW on the Mid North Coast.

The ideal candidate is passionate, self-motivated, and able to adapt quickly in a world class business.

About You:

· Qualification in Material Engineering

· 2 years experience in water or wastewater treatment favourable

· Good communication skills.

· Experience in use/manufacture of HDPE pipe and aluminium oxides and silicas favourable.

· Self-motivated and proactive approach.

· Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail and numeracy skills.

· Ability to work effectively in a team and a strong work ethic.

· Drivers Licence
