Hours: Monday to Friday, between 7:00am – 6:00pm

We're on the lookout for a confident and capable Doggy Daycare Manager to lead our team and manage daily operations. This is a hands-on leadership role that requires both heart and hustle.

About the Role:

Supervise and care for groups of up to 30 dogs per day

Lead, support and schedule staff to ensure smooth daily operations

Greet and communicate with “puppy parents” in a friendly, professional manner

Monitor dog behaviour and ensure a safe, enriching environment

Prepare and manage daily enrichment and activities for our furry clients

Conduct or assist with basic dog bathing and grooming

Maintain a clean, hygienic Daycare space

Manage the Gingr App functions and customer bookings

Provide Social Media content and support for the business

What We’re Looking For:

Passion for dogs and promoting their safe and enriched care

A Great communicator

Experience working in a doggy daycare or in extensive dog handling roles

Skilled in maintaining a calm canine environment

Confident managing dogs, staff and clients alike

A relevant qualification in animal care, behaviour, or dog training

Basic dog grooming and bathing skills

Calm, compassionate and confident attitude with strong communication skills
