Minaret College caters for students from ELC to year 12. The College has enrolments of over 3000 students and employs over 400 dedicated staff across Springvale, Officer and Doveton Campuses. Role Overview

The College’s Officer Campus is seeking a dedicated and compassionate School Nurse to support the health and well-being of our students and staff.

As the School Nurse, you will play a vital role in ensuring a safe and healthy school environment. Your responsibilities will include providing first aid, managing student health plans and responding to medical emergencies. You will work closely with students, parents, and staff to foster a supportive and caring atmosphere.

Key Responsibilities

Provide first aid and emergency medical care to students and staff.

Manage student health records and ensure compliance with medical and immunization requirements.

Administer medications as per school policies and individual student health plans.

Work collaboratively with teachers, parents, and external health professionals to support student needs.

Maintain first aid supplies and ensure the school's health and safety policies are upheld.

Key Requirements

Registered Nurse (RN) with current AHPRA registration.

Minimum of 1 year experience required.

Current First Aid, Anaphylaxis, and CPR certification.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a caring and empathetic approach.

Ability to work independently and respond effectively to medical situations.

Working with Children Check and Police Clearance.
