Harmony Physiotherapy is a small, family-run mobile physiotherapy service based on the Gold Coast. We are community-focused and specialise in providing in-home physiotherapy to clients on Home Care Packages, the Commonwealth Home Support Program (CHSP), and the NDIS. Our mission is to deliver high-quality, personalised care that promotes independence and improves quality of life.
The Role
We are looking for a Casual Administrator to provide essential administrative support. This is a work-from-home position offering 15 to 20 flexible hours per week, with the ability to choose the days that suit your lifestyle.
You’ll be responsible for supporting our physiotherapists and clients by managing bookings, communication, and back-end systems. This role is ideal for someone with a health admin background who is organised, self-driven, and confident working autonomously.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate appointments and schedules for physiotherapists and clients
Liaise with clients, carers, and service providers via phone, email, and SMS
Maintain accurate client records and handle confidential information
Process invoices, track payments, and assist with basic bookkeeping
Manage documentation for NDIS, CHSP, and Home Care Packages
Assist with onboarding new clients and preparing service agreements
General admin duties including data entry, filing, and email management
Provide respectful, professional communication to vulnerable clients
About You
Minimum 1 year of experience as a receptionist or administrator in the health sector
Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
Self-motivated, driven, and able to work independently from home
Strong computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal
Fluent English and a professional phone manner
Reliable, trustworthy, and with a strong work ethic
Comfortable speaking with elderly or vulnerable clients
Desirable Skills & Experience
Experience in the aged care or disability sector
Familiarity with NDIS, CHSP, or My Aged Care
Previous use of Nookal practice management software (not essential but favourable)
Based on the Gold Coast or surrounding area
