Chemist Outlet Wyoming is looking for a full-time/Part-time Pharmacy Retail Manager to join our enthusiastic, friendly and supportive team.

This position would also be suitable for someone looking to make the step up.Reporting directly to the Pharmacist Owner, the Pharmacy Retail Manager will be responsible for the day-to-day management of our front-of-store, ensuring smooth operations, optimising sales, and fostering a positive and productive work environment. This is a hands-on leadership role that requires strong organisational skills, retail acumen, and a genuine commitment to customer satisfaction.

What's required:

- S2/S3 training and/or holders of Certificate I-III in Community Pharmacy.

- Minfos experience is preferred.

- Manage the Retail section of the Pharmacy, including training staff, scheduling and overseeing daily operations.

- Ensure customer's needs are met in a timely and efficient manner.

- Manage inventory and ensure that products are well stocked and appropriately priced.

- Effectively implement planograms and push monthly promotions.

- Attention to detail and the ability to maintain a presentable store.

- Effective communication with fellow team members.

- Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue and profitability.
