About the role
This role is responsible for frontline service delivery to customers of all ages and abilities who require information, assistance, and access to the leisure centre. We currently have multiple permanent part-time positions (up to 50 hours per fortnight) for enthusiastic, friendly and passionate Customer Experience Team Members that would like to be an integral part of creating and maintaining a healthy and thriving community within the Swan Active Ballajura, Beechboro and Midland facilities.
Key Accountabilities include, but are not limited to;
- Foster effective and genuine relationships with customers by helping people connect with one another.
- Undertake point of sale transactions and reconciliation of registers following City of Swan practices and guidelines.
- Provide a range of information on the Centre's services, programs, and activities to customers either face to face, phone, or through online digital communication channels.
- Be courteous, respectful and a great host with all customer interactions no matter age, ability, or culture.

About you
The successful candidate will have the following:
- A friendly and helpful disposition – a great host to our customers.
- Experience in customer service and cash handling.
- A flexible attitude and willingness to learn.
- Availability to work early mornings (from 5:00AM), evenings (until 9:00PM) and weekends.
- A satisfactory National Police Certificate.
About working with us
The salary for this position will be from $63,799.98 to $68,936.54 per annum pro rata, depending on the skills and experience of the successful applicant.
