Salary: $105-$125/ hour depending on experience. Plus travel
Location: mobile role across Melbourne Metropolitan (Specific location as desired by the therapist!)
Schedule: up to 2 (or more) ongoing days of your choosing!

Key Responsibilities:
Conduct psychological assessments (e.g., cognitive, functional, behavioural, and diagnostic) in line with NDIS guidelines.
Develop and implement evidence-based treatment plans for individuals with intellectual, psychosocial, and developmental disabilities.
Support participants in achieving NDIS goals, including emotional regulation, community participation, and functional independence.
Write comprehensive reports for NDIS reviews, functional assessments, and therapy progress.
Work collaboratively with support coordinators, therapists, families, and stakeholders to ensure a holistic care approach.
Maintain accurate case notes and adhere to documentation standards.
Deliver services in community, home, telehealth, or clinic-based settings as required.
Requirements:
Tertiary qualifications in Psychology (minimum 4+2 pathway, 5+1, or Masters/Doctorate).
Full AHPRA registration as a Psychologist.
Proven experience working with NDIS participants (or willingness to learn).
Strong understanding of the NDIS framework, especially around Reasonable & Necessary criteria.
Ability to work independently and manage your own caseload and time.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
ABN, Professional Indemnity & Public Liability Insurance.
NDIS Worker Screening Check and Working With Children Check.
Own vehicle and valid driver’s license (for community visits).
