MAISON de SABRÉ is a global luxury brand redefining leather craftsmanship for the modern world. With operations across Australia, the US, Europe, and Japan, we partner with leading retailers including Nordstrom, Bloomingdale’s, and Saks. We're scaling rapidly and looking for a commercially minded Finance Manager to take charge of our global financial operations.

The Role

You will oversee the end-to-end finance function across all international markets, ensuring tight control, accurate reporting, and clear visibility over business performance. You'll manage complex multi-currency environments (USD, JPY, EUR, GBP, AUD) and collaborate closely with leadership to drive growth through data-backed financial insights.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee global finance operations, including multi-currency bank accounts, FX exposure, and international transactions

Prepare and deliver monthly management reports, P&L statements, and cash flow forecasts

Own the budgeting process across departments and markets, providing variance analysis and actionable insights

Maintain up-to-date and reconciled accounts in Xero, managing integrations with Shopify and Cin7

Monitor inventory and COGS performance across global warehouses using Cin7 and our Shopify backend

Lead end-of-month and end-of-year close processes, including tax prep and audit support

Support strategic initiatives with financial modelling and scenario planning

Identify and implement process improvements across finance and operations

Liaise with external accountants, legal advisors, and international tax specialists as needed

Requirements

Minimum 5 years experience in a finance role, preferably within retail, FMCG, or eCommerce

Strong proficiency with Xero, Excel (advanced), Shopify, and WMS platforms like Cin7

Experience managing finances across multiple currencies and international entities

Deep understanding of P&L ownership, management reporting, and cash flow forecasting

Strong commercial acumen with the ability to simplify financial complexity for non-financial stakeholders

Excellent communication, analytical, and time management skills

CPA or CA qualification is a strong advantage
