About the Role
We’re seeking a proactive and organised Project Coordinator to support commissioning and defecting activities on-site. You’ll work closely with the delivery team to ensure quality standards are met and handover processes run smoothly.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and track defecting processes across multiple trades (using Aconex on iPad)
• Assist in managing commissioning schedules and documentation
• Liaise with subcontractors and consultants to resolve outstanding issues
• Support the site team in preparing for client inspections and handovers
• Maintain accurate records and reporting for project close-out

About You

• Previous experience in construction project coordination, ideally on large-scale developments
• You must have local experience, and be familar with standards etc, as this role hits the ground running.
• Strong understanding of defecting and commissioning workflows
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• Ability to work autonomously and adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment
• Available to start next week or the week after

Contract Details

• Duration: 2 to 6 weeks (depending on project needs)
• Competitive daily rate of $600-700 + Super
• Immediate start preferred
