We are a growing wholesale sourdough bakery, supplying some of the best cafes/restaurants/hotels in the state. Our focus is on hand-made quality, baking with passion, skill and dedication to producing consistently excellent bread and pastries. We reckon we make the best artisan bread and pastry around! We also believe work is not the only thing in life, and want our staff to have a good work/life balance

What’s the role?

We are looking for enthusiastic, motivated bakers to join our team. You will be learning our methods and working all aspects of mixing/baking sourdough breads, as well as laminated pastries and patisseries. You will be part of a growing and popular bakery, making mighty fine bread and pastry the old-school way.

Who are you?

You are keen to learn our way, willing to persist, and enthusiastic about producing a great and unique product. You MUST have trade experience with bread (although a qualification is not needed), such as pre-shaping, shaping (vienna, baguette), loading the oven etc. You take pride in your work and want to learn new ways, and share your knowledge as well. You want to work as part of a team where everyone is supported and valued. Ideally you would be proud to send our bread and pastries out every day to our clients, knowing it is amazing. You also have to enjoy some early mornings!
