As our SCJ Customer Care Officer, you’ll play an important role in ensuring the delivery of exceptional support to our valued clients. In this role, you'll handle inquiries with care and efficiency, proactively resolving issues to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
You’ll join a diverse, collaborative team where you will feel valued, respected, supported and can bring your authentic self to work every day.
The Role
Role: Part-time (min 25 hours / week, with opportunity to increase hours).
Pay: $27 - $32 (depending on industry experience)
Work schedule: Weekdays at our Head Office location (Kotara)
Responsibilities
Managing enquiries from both internal and external customers through a range of channels.
Complete administrative tasks related to customer care operations
Processing incoming orders for customers according to specific requirements, including orders, inventory requests and deliveries
Providing high level service and responsiveness when supporting with product availability enquiries, pricing requests and any disputes as necessary.
Representing company values and carrying out your role with integrity.
