Business Analytics Advisor

Location: Melbourne VIC (Hybrid/flexible)
Rate: $60-75 + super per hour
Contract Type: 3-month contract

Deliver smart analytics solutions that drive operational performance Join a high-performing business unit as a Business Analytics Advisor, leading the design and delivery of fit-for-purpose reporting and data tools that improve visibility, efficiency and decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop dashboards and reports using Power BI and SQL to support planning and resource allocation.
• Design data collection tools using PowerApps or similar low-code platforms.
• Transform data from spreadsheets and manual inputs into structured, actionable formats.
• Engage stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into practical solutions.
• Lead end-to-end delivery, from build through to testing, rollout and refinement.

Skills & Experience:

• Proficient in Power BI (dashboards, data modelling, DAX).
• Skilled in SQL for data extraction and transformation.
• Experience with low-code/no-code tools (PowerApps preferred).
• Strong Excel and general data handling abilities.
• Confident communicator with a collaborative mindset.
• Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities.
