About Us:

Working Bucket has a small team of top quality machine operators that work on some of Brisbane's most exciting residential builds. We have formed strong relationships with our repeat customers.

We have built a reputation for having top class, hard working operators who are reliable, polite, respectful and able to communicate well with everyone on site.

We are based in the inner south of Brisbane but work all over town.

We have been growing our business and are now looking for a new operator to join the team!

About the Role:

Operating an excavator, bobcat and driving tip truck.

Planning how to attack the jobs.

Clearly communicating with the customers to make sure they are happy.

Communicate with the office throughout the day, coordinating trucks and other relevant info.

Using attachments including auger, rock breaker, hydraulic grabs and spreader bar.

Carrying out daily checks on the plant/vehicle each day before commencing operation.

About You:

High standard quality of work.

Be self motivated to work hard without being pushed by a supervisor.

Have excavator and bobcat tickets.

Hold a current open MR or HR truck license and white card.

Have a minimum of 2 years full time experience operating excavator and bobcat.

Provide three contactable references.

Be able to work Monday to Friday.

Experience in under house excavation is an advantage.
