As a Customer Experience Representative at Madison Technologies, you’ll do more than just answer calls, you’ll be a key player in delivering an outstanding customer experience and driving business success. In this role, you will:

Engage with customers through inbound and outbound calls, ensuring a seamless experience

Manage and prioritize customer queries through our CRM, Salesforce

Create sales opportunities, provide tailored solutions, and enhance customer relationships

Prepare quotes, process purchase orders, and follow up on customer inquiries

Take ownership of process improvements to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction

Work closely with our technical experts to provide accurate product information and support

What You’ll Bring to the Team

Proven experience in an inbound/outbound customer service role (B2B experience is a plus!)

Exceptional time management skills with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines
