As a Speech Pathologist at SMART Spot, You’ll have the opportunity to:

Lead your caseload: Manage your own diverse client list with autonomy and the support of an experienced team with administration support.

Selection Criteria:

Bachelor of Speech Pathology

Currently registered with SPA (Speech Pathology Australia)

Current Working With Children checks for NSW and Victoria or eligibility for both

Eligibility to obtain an NDIS Worker Screening Check

Driver's licence

Understanding of family-centered practice

Commitment to informing and empowering families

Strong partnership and collaboration skills with clients and allied health professionals

Understanding of different approaches to paediatric assessment and intervention
