About the role
In this role, we're looking for a warm and collaborative Speech Pathologist to work with children from infancy through to adolescence, with a caseload tailored to your interests, experience, and areas for growth.
Your responsibilities will include:
Supporting a diverse paediatric caseload – including early intervention, speech and language delays, literacy support, and working with children with autism and other developmental differences
Collaborating with families, educators, and other professionals to achieve meaningful, strengths-based outcomes
Contributing to community education and building local networks
Participating in regular supervision, mentoring, and team case discussions as part of our supportive clinical team
Working alongside other allied health professionals in a connected, multidisciplinary environment (including an OT, and SLP working in complex paediatric dysphagia and feeding)
What we're looking for
Full Australian working rights essential
Graduates & Early Career therapists encouraged to apply
SPA CPSP membership
Current National Police Check & WWCC + professional indemnity insurance
Experience in language delays, speech sound disorders, autism support & literacy intervention
Knowledge of NDIS processes/reporting requirements highly valued.
