This is a temporary full time position (24 hours per week parental leave until 17 May 2026 and 14 hours per week funded until 28 June 2026). The position is temporary with the possibility of an extension subject to funding at same/reduced hours.

· Can help to set up a new program in Preschool settings

· Is confident in their ability to train others - specifically Early Educators

· Is passionate about helping assist children and families to thrive

· Is excited to be a part of setting up a new service, processes and procedures

This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a newly-funded team and program – Brighter Beginnings. Brighter Beginnings is a whole-of-government initiative to give children the best start in life. As a part of the initiative, you will be completing developmental checks on 4-year-olds in Early Education and Preschool settings.
