About the Role

We are a leading Global company in digital hardware solutions and have an opening for a CASUAL Kiosk Stage & Test Technician. As a casual your primary task will be focused on assembly of Touch Screen Kiosks.

The stage and test team are responsible for technical hardware build and testing of all hardware / software components prior to deployment for installation to our customers.

About You - to be successful in this role you will need to be;

Proven experience in either hardware assembly or computer build or similar.

Physically fit and able to lift kiosks safely.

Technical product knowledge including TVs / Computers / Video Audio / Digital Signage / Touch Screen Kiosks / IT or equivalent industry an advantage.

Experienced with the use of power tools such as drills, grinders etc.

Engagis is looking for a team player someone who is passionate about technology and has qualities and/or experience using their technical knowledge.

Whilst this is a casual role it may lead to full time employment.

This position will be based out of our Braeside warehouse. You will be required to submit to a Police Check on hiring.

Key Duties and Responsibilities - include but not be limited to:

Assembling, configuring and testing kiosk components including touch screens, speakers, cooling fans, PC’s, printers, barcode scanners etc into kiosks.

Customising equipment to meet the unique requirements of our customers. This will require the use of power tools such as drills, grinders etc.

Following job specific sales order line by line to build kiosk configuration within the CRM system.

Highlight any issues that may impact project delivery to the Project Managers and project coordinators and any other teams and find solutions to rectify the situations if within scope of Stage and Test.
