Our client is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Accounts Clerk to join a dynamic and diverse finance team. This role is ideal for someone with 1–2 years of experience in finance or accounting, looking to grow their skills in a supportive environment.

You will be responsible for bank reconciliations, assisting with accounts payable, invoicing and contributing to monthly management reporting. The role requires strong numerical and reconciliation skills, a collaborative attitude, and the ability to work independently.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform bank reconciliations for rental payments and miscellaneous deposits
• Assist with accounts payable (AP) processing and support
• Handle invoicing
• Contribute to monthly management reports, including preparing soft copies and working with PDFs
• Support AP and general ledger tasks as needed
• Collaborate with internal teams and communicate effectively across departments
• Use and navigate the ERP Proto system

Skills & Experience

• 1–2 years of experience in a finance or accounting role
• Strong attention to detail, especially with rent-related transactions
• Confident communicator with good interpersonal skills
• Solid reconciliation and numerical skills
• Willingness to learn and adapt to change
• Experience with accounting systems (ERP Proto or similar) is a plus
• Knowledge of PDF tools and document handling
• Permanent Residency (PR) or Australian Citizen
