About the role

PureProtect Pty Ltd is seeking an experienced Restoration Technician to join our team in Sydney, NSW. This full-time role is responsible for providing high-quality cleaning and restoration services to our valued clients. You will play a crucial part in restoring properties to their former condition after damage or disaster events.

What you'll be doing

Assess property damage and create detailed restoration plans

Perform a range of cleaning and restoration tasks, including water extraction, mould remediation, and contents cleaning

Operate specialised equipment and machinery to complete restoration projects efficiently and effectively

Ensure all work is carried out to the highest safety and quality standards

Communicate regularly with clients to provide updates and receive feedback

Maintain accurate records and documentation related to all restoration projects

Contribute to the continuous improvement of our restoration processes and procedures

What we're looking for

Significant experience (3+ years) as a Restoration Technician or in a similar role within the cleaning/restoration industry

Expertise in a wide range of restoration techniques, including water extraction, mould remediation, and contents cleaning

Strong technical skills and the ability to operate specialised restoration equipment

Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking abilities to effectively assess and address complex restoration challenges

Outstanding customer service skills and the ability to communicate effectively with clients

Committed to maintaining high safety and quality standards in all aspects of your work

A valid driver's licence and the ability to travel to job sites as required
