Qualifications & experience

Great attention to detail

Labouring experience as this is a physically demanding role

IICRC & ITI accreditation is necessary or at least the training in line with this qualification.

Previous experience in water damage restoration is necessary.

Tasks & responsibilities

Perform water damage restoration services for residential and commercial clients using professional equipment.

Ensure all cleaning & restoration tasks are completed to the highest standard.

Insurance reporting

Maintain and care for all equipment and supplies.

Provide excellent customer service and address any client concerns promptly and professionally.

Removing damaged building materials and installing/monitoring drying equipment
