Why Your Role Matters:
The Senior Project Coordinator within the Regulatory Response Team (RRT) of Program Phoenix plays a key role within the program in providing high level, practical and efficient program advice, and supports delivery of the objectives of the RRT workstream and Program Phoenix.
The program is made up of several compliance projects that all sit within Human Resources and will have an impact on the whole University. The role entails providing direct high-level program support and coordination to the RRT Lead providing advice on program and project management, reporting, communications, building key internal and external relationships, and developing key processes to deliver the objectives of the Program.
Who You Are:
- Relevant tertiary qualification with a depth of subsequent relevant experience or an equivalent level of knowledge gained through any combination of education, training and/or experience. Program and Project Management qualifications advantageous.
- Demonstrated program co-ordination experience at a high level, with a working knowledge of the project life cycle and the ability to develop project plans, objectives, provide strategic recommendations and solutions, and documentation of processes.
- The ability to develop and implement solutions or systems that allow the program to run in a more streamlined and efficient way.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to create planning and project documents, present materials and contribute to meetings.
- High level of attention to detail for deliverables produced with a methodical approach to work and the ability to deal with sensitive matters with discretion.
- Demonstrated interpersonal and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to liaise and work effectively with a range of stakeholders at all levels of an organisation.
- Experience working with a range of computer systems and applications, including Microsoft Office applications and Jira.
- Excellent time management skills, with a demonstrated ability to respond to changing priorities, manage multiple tasks and meet competing deadlines by using judgement and initiative.
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively and productively within a team, and also to take initiative working independently while managing competing demands
