What You’ll Be Doing:

• Supporting the Project Manager in coordinating day-to-day construction activities, schedules, budgets, and site logistics.
• Assisting with subcontractor and supplier contracts, approvals, and cost tracking.
• Preparing and maintaining essential documentation – contracts, RFIs, variation claims, procurement logs, and progress reports.
• Liaising with internal teams, trades, suppliers, and clients to ensure smooth communication across the project.
• Helping manage materials, deliveries, permits, and site documentation.
• Attending site meetings and tracking action items to keep things moving.
• Promoting a proactive and safety-focused team culture.

What You’ll Need:

• A tertiary qualification in Construction Management, Project Management, or a related field.
• At least 1 year of experience in a construction admin, estimating, or site-based support role.
• Familiarity with construction systems like Procore, MS Project, Aconex, or similar platforms.
• Strong attention to detail, organisational skills, and the ability to work under deadlines.
• A solutions-focused mindset with the ability to juggle multiple priorities.
